  • Mask are MANDATORY (Masks are available for purchase)

  • No guest at the time of your appointment unless being serviced

  • A consultation is required for all initial services to examine the condition of your hair and/or lashes and to ensure the service requested is able to be performed.

  • Hair services are ONLY available on Friday’s.

  • When booking an appointment a deposit is required to hold your spot. Deposits are 100% Non-refundable and Non Transferable. If you must cancel please do so within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible for 100% of the cost of your booked service if you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice or if you are a No Call / No Show (It is nearly impossible to fill an appointment on the spot when you choose to no show or be late).

  • Appointments have a 10 minute grace period from the scheduled start time, anything exceeding 10 minutes will result in a $15 late fee. Appointments are automatically canceled after 15 minutes and the full cost of your booked service will automatically be charged to your card. Let’s be respectful of each others time and plan accordingly to ensure the best service experience for all involved.

  • The only acceptable forms of payment are CASH, CASH APP, ZELLE , and APPLE PAY.
